Chicory (stem cut off, leaves separated)

Apple (e. g. Golden Delicious, cored and chopped)

roasted Peanuts (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Set some of the chicory leaves aside to use as garnish and slice the rest. Sieve the mandarins but retain the juice.

Mix together the sour cream, crème fraîche, curry powder and 3-4 tbsp of mandarin juice and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
3.
Decoratively arrange the whole chicory leaves on plates or in bowls and add the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with the dressing and serve sprinkled with the nuts.
