11 ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
3 ½ ozs Milk chocolate (25% cocoa solids)
4 Tbsps Maple syrup
cup butter
6 ozs shortbread cookies (broken into small pieces)
3 cups mini Marshmallow (pink and white)
1 cup Pecan (roughly chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Line a 23 cm|9" square tin with cling film.
2.
Melt the plain and milk chocolate in a pan with the syrup and butter over a low heat stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
3.
Stir in the shortbread pieces, marshmallows and nuts and spoon into the tin. Chill for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into small squares.
