- 300 grams mixed Berry (frozen)
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- 1 generous pinch Orange zest (organic)
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Pour the berries into a blender. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, orange juice and orange zest and puree until creamy, a few minutes.
2.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cold berry puree. Scoop portions with a melon baller and serve garnished with mint.
