Belgian Endive Salad with Feta Cheese and Pear
Rinse and dry scallions, chop finely. Rinse and quarter pear, core and cut into thin wedges. Rinse and halve endives, separate leaves from the stalks and cut into smaller pieces. Cut cheese into cubes. Combine all prepared ingredients and arrange on plates.
Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle salad with the dressing and serve.
