1 tsp Horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, rinse the beets, apples, arugula and dill. Peel the beets and cut into strips. Halve, core and chop the apples. Pluck the small leaves from arugula. Peel the red onion and cut into strips. Rinse the shrimps and pat dry.

2.

For the dressing, mix together the horseradish, yogurt, lemon juice, honey and dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the yogurt dressing and serve.
