3 roots precooked, vacuum packed, cold Beets (precooked, vacuum packed, cold)
4 Tbsps Horseradish cream
200 milliliters Whipped cream
500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
salt
white peppers
½ tsp granular Vegetable broth
milk (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the beet coarsely and place in a blender along with the cream, yogurt, horseradish and granular broth and puree until still slightly chunky. Season with salt and pepper and if desired, thin with a little milk.

2.

Season the soup again, pour into bowls and serve cold.
