- 3 roots precooked, vacuum packed, cold Beets (precooked, vacuum packed, cold)
- 4 Tbsps Horseradish cream
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- white peppers
- ½ tsp granular Vegetable broth
- milk (as desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Chop the beet coarsely and place in a blender along with the cream, yogurt, horseradish and granular broth and puree until still slightly chunky. Season with salt and pepper and if desired, thin with a little milk.
2.
Season the soup again, pour into bowls and serve cold.
