500 grams Beef fillet
2 red chili peppers
1 handful Mushrooms (of choice)
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sherry
300 green Asparagus
250 grams potatoes
1 small Radicchio
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps sherry
2 Tbsps Chicken broth
½ tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

1.

Cut meat across grain into thin slices. Cut chile peppers in half, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Dust meat slices with cornstarch, place in a bowl with soy sauce and sherry, stir in chile peppers and place in refrigerator.

Rinse mushrooms and chop as needed.

Rinse asparagus, peel lower ends, cut off ends and cut remaining asparagus in half or in thirds. Rinse potatoes, cut in half and then into thin columns. Tear apart radicchio leaves and into smaller pieces as needed.

Heat a large pan with a heavy bottom. Add oil and brown meat on all sides. Remove and set aside. Add asparagus and potatoes and briefly cook while stirring. Add mushrooms and cook until vegetables are soft. Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl. Stir and pour in. Bring to a boil. Add meat again and stir together over high heat. At the end, mix in radicchio and serve.
