2 Tbsps Corn starch
1 can Beef broth
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 ½ cups boneless, top Sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
½ cup scallions (green onion)
1 Tbsp minced garlic cloves
1 red pepper (sliced into strips)
1 green pepper (sliced into strips)
1 can Water chestnut (drained)
1 can Baby corn (drained)
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.
Mix cornstarch, broth and oyster sauce until smooth. Set aside.
2.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. Remove beef and reserve.
3.
To the same wok, add green onion and garlic; saute until garlic is fragrant. Add peppers, water chestnuts and baby corn and stir-fry until peppers are tender but crisp.
4.
Return beef back into the wok with the vegetables. Stir cornstarch mixture and pour into wok. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
