2 Tbsps Peanut oil
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (roasted)
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
1 chili pepper (finely chopped)

2 Tbsps Rice wine
light soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the beef, pat dry and cut into strips.

2.

Peel the carrot and cut into sticks.

3.

Rinse, trim and halve the snow peas.

4.

Saute the beef in hot oil in a wok with ginger, garlic and chile pepper. Add the vegetables and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Then add some soy sauce and rice wine and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and soy sauce to taste.
