- 4 Steak (each about 160 grams, such as loin)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 350 grams Tagliatelle
- 3 Figs
- 60 grams dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 Arugula
- 1 parsley
- 2 Tbsps ground almonds
- 4 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
Preparation steps

Rinse steaks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides. Remove from heat and cool until warm.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and halve figs, slice thinly. Drain tomatoes, collecting 4 tablespoons of oil. Rinse arugula and parsley, shake dry and remove tough stems. Whisk tomato oil with almonds, Parmesan and vinegar. Slice meat thinly.

Drain pasta and toss with spiced oil. Add dried tomatoes, figs and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Top with beef strips and serve.
