- 1 red onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 20 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 300 grams Ground beef
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 4 Tbsps light Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 Wheat rolls
- Watercress (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onion. Cut half into rings and finely dice the remaining half. Rinse the tomatoes, core and cut into thin slices. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.

In a bowl, stir the ground meat with the diced onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 4 patties.

Heat the oil in a large, nonstick skillet. Add the patties and cook until golden, about 4 minutes per side.

In a bowl, stir the mayonnaise with the tomato paste. Cut the rolls in half horizontally and spread with the mayonnaise mixture. Place a burger and some tomato and onion slices on top. Garnish with the watercress and place the remaining bun halves on top. Fasten with wooden skewers.
