Preparation steps

1.

Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes, season with salt and pepper and cook on all sides 2-3 minutes in hot clarified butter.

Trim the peppers, rinse, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.

3.

Thread peppers and meat on skewers and arrange as desired on red cabbage slices.
