- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 14 ozs Beef fillet (sliced)
- 1 onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 red Bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 green Bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 2 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 sesame oil
- sugar
Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a wok until smoking then add the garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the beef, stir-fry for 3 minutes then remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the wok then add the onion and chopped bell peppers. Cook over a high heat, stirring all the time, for 5 minutes then add the remaining ingredients and return the beef to the wok.
4.
Stir-fry for 2 more minutes, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
