- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 cups Steak (fat removed and sliced)
- ½ chinese Cabbage (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 4 cups mixed, Asian Mushrooms (eg. straw, oyster, shiitake, enoki; sliced if large)
- 2 tsps Corn starch
- 2 tsps dry sherry
- 2 tsps dark soy sauce
- ⅜ cup Beef broth
- To garnish
- Enoki mushrooms

Preparation steps
1.
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet, add beef and stir-fry for a 3 minutes, to seal and brown.
2.
Add cabbage and peppers and stir-fry for just 1 minute.
3.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
4.
Mix the cornstarch with the sherry and add the soy sauce and beef broth. Bring to the boil, stir and heat until the sauce is thickened.
5.
Serve in bowls garnished with the reserved enoki mushrooms.
