- 6 Tbsps olive oil (extra-virgin)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 6 Tbsps flat-leaf parsley (chopped with scissors)
- ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
- 350 grams Goat cheese (cubed)
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
