2 red onions
3 sprigs mint

4 Tbsps White vinegar
40 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw beans. Peel onions and cut into strips. Wash mint, shake dry and strip leaves from stems.

Cook beans in salted boiling water, about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and let cool. Mix beans with onion, fennel seeds, vinegar and oil and let marinate about 20 minutes. Stir in mint leaves and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with mint sprigs.
