- 2 canned Tuna (drained and flaked)
- 12 scallions (chopped)
- parsley (chopped)
- 6 ozs black Olives
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- lemons (juiced)
- 4 slices rustic Baguette

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the beans, tuna, spring onions, parsley and olives in a bowl. Mix together the oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and gently mix into the beans and tuna.
2.
Toast the bread, place onto serving plates and spoon over the salad.
