4 Tbsps olive oil
30 milliliters white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp scallions

4 slices white bread

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to the grill setting Preheat.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Drain beans and combine with onion rings. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar. Add chives and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and halve garlic. Rup bread slices with garlic and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Toast bread under a broiler for 5 minutes or until golden brown, watching carefully. Top each slice with about 2 tablespoons of bean mixture, drizzle with remaining oil and serve immediately.
