- 400 grams Lima bean (fresh)
- 100 grams String bean (thin)
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Pickled Squid tentacles
- 100 milliliters vegetable oil
- 6 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Shell the lima beans. Trim the green beans and halve crosswise. Cook the lima beans and the green beans in a pot of boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes. Drain well.
Peel and halve the onion and cut into rings, salt lightly. Drain the pickled squid tubes well, halve lengthwise, cut into half rings and mix with the onions and the beans, season with vinegar, salt and pepper.

Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop and mix with the oil. Drizzle the oil and garlic mixture over the salad.
