- 500 grams frozen Cuttlefish (ready to cook)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig thyme
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- Dill
- salt
- peppers
- Juice (of lemon)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and crush with thyme in 3 tablespoons of oil. Thaw squid and combine with spiced oil. Saute in a pan until ready and cool briefly. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Arrange salad on plates, garnish with dill and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Serve.
