- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 ripe Banana
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps packed brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped Pecan (roasted)

Preparation steps
1.
In a medium bowl, whisk sour cream, granulated sugar, cinnamon and vanilla together. Set aside.

Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
3.
Melt butter in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add sliced bananas and cook until slightly golden on one side. Sprinkle with brown sugar and turn, gently stirring until the sugar melts. Do not over cook the bananas.
4.
Divide sour cream evenly among bowls. Add bananas, spooning buttery syrup over the bananas. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve.
