Preparation steps

1.

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place the banana, lemon juice and buttermilk in a blender. Peel the pears, quarter, remove the seeds and place in the blender. Add 2 tablespoons of crushed ice and blend well.

2.

Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Mix again and pour into glasses with ice. Pour in some mineral water and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
