1 red onion
1 garlic clove
200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) Cherry tomatoes
2 stalks Basil
4 (approximately 5 1/3 ounces) Chicken breasts (about 160 grams)

1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
120 milliliters (approximately 4 ounces) Chicken broth

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and garlic, cut onion into wedges and finely chop the garlic. Rinse and pat dry tomatoes. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck leaves.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and make several slits on one side. Stuff with basil leaves and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and saute chicken over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and honey and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Add the broth, reduce heat and simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

4.

Arrange chicken breasts with vegetables on 4 plates and drizzle with the glaze.
