4 Sea bass (ready to cook, about 200 grams)

1 organic lemon
1 garlic clove
soft butter (for the film)
1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (such as basil and parsley)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sea bass thoroughly under running water, pat dry, and season inside and out with salt and pepper.

Cut the lemon into thin slices. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

Brush 4 rectangular sheets of aluminum foil with butter and place over the work surface. Place one sea bass in the center of each foil sheet. Top the sea bass with lemon slices, garlic and herbs. Fold the foil over the sea bass and seal well to form a packet.

3.

Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan: 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) for about 25 minutes. The sea bass is cooked when the dorsal fin can be easily pulled out of it.

4.

Serve the sea bass in the foil.
