2 large Sea bass fillet (with skin, about 400 grams)
2 Tbsps lemon juice

60 grams ground Nut (such as hazelnuts, almonds)
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp vegetable oil (for the baking dish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the sea bass fillets, pat dry, sprinkle both sides with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the hazelnuts, breadcrumbs and the Parmesan in a shallow dish. Place the sea bass fillets with the skin side up and press into breadcrumbs mixture well. Place the coated sea bass fillets in a baking dish greased with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) for 10-15 minutes.

Place the baked sea bass fillets on a plate and serve as desired with potatoes and fresh salad.
