500 grams new Sweet potato
salt
200 grams thin, green Asparagus
freshly ground peppers
75 grams Bacon (thin slices)
75 grams Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 Tbsps butter
Chives (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Sctrub potatoes and cook in salted wated for about 15 minutes. Drain and let evaporate, drain well. 

2.

Rinse asparagus and trim off ends. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and saute asparagus for 5 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper and let cool slightly.

Cut bacon into small pieces.

Halve potatoes and scoop out pulp with a small spoon, combine pulp with bacon and cheese.

Arrange potatoes side by side in a greased baking dish, top with asparagus and bacon and cheese mixture. Srpinkle with butter flakes. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chives, serve.
