150 grams finely chopped Nut
100 grams White bread crumbs
200 grams Strawberries
300 grams cream cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve pears, place into a baking dish. Combine nuts with bread and and cover pears with it. Bake in preheated oven  at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes. 

2.

Rinse strawberries, remove stems and puree. Combine with cream cheese. Place mixture into a piping bag with the star tip and pipe cream decoratively onto pears. Serve.
