Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.
2.

Rinse and pat dry chicken, cut into quarters. Place into a casserole dish. Peel and rinse potatoes, cut in halves or quarters, depending on size. Arrange potatoes around chicken and add a little broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cut one lemon into thin slices, squeeze juice from the second lemon juice, mix  lemon juice ad slices with honey and liqueur. Baste chcicken with lemon mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes in the oven. Every now and then, brush chicken with lemon honey and add a little broth as needed. Turn over potatoes occasionally. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Arrange pepper strips and rosemary around potatoes and chicken and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
