- 600 grams small, green Bell pepper
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (unhulled)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse the green peppers and fry briefly in a pan in hot oil, but do not let brown. Then place on baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and allspice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in oven (middle rack) for about 20 minutes.

Serve with fresh white bread and feta cheese, if desired.
