Baked Garlic Tomato with Peppers

1 fresh garlic clove
400 grams cherry or Grape tomato
3 Bell pepper (red)
½ bunch thyme
60 milliliters olive oil
salt
peppers
1 pinch chili peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes and drain. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into wedges. Divide garlic into segments and squeeze with the side of a knife blade.

Rinse thyme and chop coarsely. Mix all prepared ingredients with oil, place in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper and chile pepper. Bake for about 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Serve immediately.
