130 grams fresh Cranberry
120 grams sugar
½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
50 milliliters dry Red wine
120 grams Walnut
2 Tbsps honey
1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place camemberts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse, quarter, and remove cores from apples, then finely dice. Rinse and drain cranberries. In a pot, heat cranberries with sugar and vanilla seeds. Stir in apples. Deglaze with wine and simmer 10-15 minutes over medium heat. In a pan, combine nuts and honey and cook briefly until caramelized. Stir in cinnamon.

Divide baked camemberts among plates. Top with apple-cranberry sauce and garnish with caramelized nuts.
