4 Camembert (each about 125 grams)
4 slices Processed cheese
Freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps lingonberry (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Butter four ovenproof ramekins.

2.

Place Camembert into ramekins and lightly press each in the middle. Top with cheese slices. Place ramekins in oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, grind pepper over the top and serve garnished with lingonberries.

3.

Serve with bread if desired.
