- 8 very small Apple
- 120 grams Granola
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams Quark
- 150 grams Sour cream
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 3 tsps Red currant jelly
- 2 tsps powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter (for the baking dishes)

Preparation steps

Rinse apples and remove cores with an apple corer. Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Butter 8 small ramekins. Place an apple in each ramekin and stuff hollowed-out cores with granola. Separate the eggs. Mix yolks with sugar, quark and sour cream.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into yolk mixture. Fill apples with mixture and bake 30-40 minutes. To serve, top apples with a small spoonful of currant jelly and dust with powdered sugar.
