30 grams Hazelnuts

2 Tbsps Maple syrup
200 grams Yogurt (low-fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the milk to a boil in a pot. Add in the flakes, and return to a boil. Add the raisins, stir to combine, and transfer to a bowl. Let cool.

2.

Cover and let soak overnight in the refrigerator.

3.

Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Peel and rinse the carrots and apples, then finely grate.

4.

Mix the carrots, apples, hazelnuts, maple syrup, and yogurt. Mix with the cereal mixture, and divide into 6 bowls.
