- 8 Tbsps raisins
- 100 grams sliced almonds
- 70 grams sugar
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 70 grams butter
- Fat (for greasing)

Preparation steps
1.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Rinse and dry the apples. Remove the cores with an apple corer. Combine the raisins with 50 g (approximately 2 ounces) of the sugar and the cinnamon. Fill the apples with the raisin mixture.
2.
Place the sliced almonds in a shallow dish.
3.
Melt the butter, brush the apples with it, sprinkle them with the remaining sugar and roll them in the sliced almonds.
4.
Place the almond-coated apples in the greased baking dish.
5.
Put the dish in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (approximately 390°F).
