Baked and Filled Potatoes

1 Casserole dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater
Preheat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) | 375F | gas 5.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray, season with salt, and cook for 1-1 1/2 hours until they feel soft when gently pressed.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan, stirring frequently, until piping hot.
Make a criss-cross slit into each potato and squeeze the potato gently in a cloth to open. Spoon in the hot beans and serve at once.
