Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Peel the hardboiled eggs and cut into slices. Cut the camembert into slices. Halve the bagels horizontally.

Spread the cut surfaces of bagels with cream cheese. Top each lower bagel half with lettuce, eggs and camembert, and sprinkle with paprika. Place the remaining bagel halves over and serve.
