4 fresh black Truffle 40-70 grams (approximately 1.5-2.5 ounces) each
4 slices Bacon
freshly ground peppers
4 pcs Aluminum foil

Preparation steps

1.

Wrap each truffle in a slice of bacon, season with pepper and wrap in aluminum foil. 

2.

Place the truffles on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, unwrap and place on warmed plates.
