- 250 grams Smoked salmon
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar, prepared)
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 24 slices Smoked bacon
- Sprout (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Slice the smoked salmon into small cubes. Mix together the cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in the cream cheese mixture, the add in a little lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.

Cook the bacon until golden brown in a hot roasting pan. Remove from pan and drain well on paper towels. Once cooled and drained, place 2 pieces of bacon onto parchment paper, overlapping each other. Spoon a bit of the salmon mousse into the center and roll up. Repeat with remaining bacon and salmon mousse.
3.
Garnish with sprouts. Serve immediately.
