- 800 grams cooked potatoes (waxy, day old)
- 2 small onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 grams Bacon (sliced)
- 3 Tbsps clarified butter
- salt
- chili peppers
Preparation steps

Peel and slice the potatoes. Peel the onions and garlic. Coarsely chop the onion, and slice the garlic. Halve the bacon or cut into thirds. Cook in 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in a grill pan. Remove from the pan, then add the remaining butter. Cook the potatoes until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add the onions and cook an additional 5 minutes. Add the garlic, and cook 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and chili powder.

Top the potato mixture with the bacon slices, and serve.
