- 2 Avocados
- 2 Smoked trout
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

- 2 Tbsps Salmon caviar

Preparation steps

Carefully peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife, taking care to remove the pith. Detach the segments along the partitions, catching the juice to use later. Cut the grapefruit segments smaller.

Cut the fish fillets into small pieces.
3.
Mix the oil with 2 tablespoons of grapefruit juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving a small edge. Cut the avocado flesh into cubes and mix with the grapefruit, fish and the salad dressing in a bowl.
4.
Fill the avocado halves with the salad mixture, arrange on plates and serve garnished with salmon caviar.
