- 12 small, new potatoes (each about 70 grams)
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams Smoked trout
- 100 grams Caviar
- Dill (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Cool and scoop out a bit of pulp. Combine cream cheese with basil, season with a little salt and pepper.
2.
Place a bit of cream mixture into each potato, top with smoked trout and caviar. Garnish with dill and serve.
