- 2 onions (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (diced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil (roughly diced)
- 2 cups Meat stock
- 4 cups waxy potatoes (chopped)
- ½ tsp ground Caraway
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp paprika (mild)
- 1 Tbsp paprika (spicy)
- 3 ⅓ cups mixed Sausage (Cabanossi, Debreziner, Frankfurters, sliced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh marjoram (chopped)
- lemon juice
- To garnish
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- marjoram

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the onions and garlic in hot oil. Deglaze with the stock, add the potatoes and season with the caraway, bay leaf, ground paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Simmer for around 15 minutes until the potatoes are done.
2.
Add the meat and marjoram to the goulash and turn up the the heat for another 5-10 minutes until the potatoes begin to crumble.
3.
Remove the bay leaf and season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.
4.
Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream and marjoram leaves.
