This delicious fruity drink contains vitamins and minerals such as potassium and folate from the honeydew melon and vitamins A and B6 from the watermelon.
If you don't like honeydew melon you can use other tropical fruits in its place, such as pineapple or mango.

- 1 small whole Coconut
- sugar (to taste)
- ½ small Watermelon (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1 small honeydew melon (peeled and seeds removed)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the coconut in half, reserving the juice, then roughly chop the flesh.
2.
Place the coconut flesh in a blender with 16 ounces hot water and blend until smooth. Pass the coconut pulp through a fine sieve, mix with the coconut juice and sweeten to taste with the sugar. Place the coconut drink in the fridge until ready to serve.
3.
Place the watermelon flesh in a blender and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve and set aside.
4.
Place the melon in a blender, add 8 ounces cold water and blend until smooth.
5.
Pour the drinks into chilled glasses and serve.
