- 1 Tbsp butter
- 8 slices Smoked salmon
- 200 grams Herb cream cheese

Preparation steps
1.
Trim the woody ends of the aspargus and halve lengthwise. Boil in a pan of slightly salted water with lemon juice and butter. Place the two slices of smoked salmon slightly overlapping on the work surface.

Spoon the cream cheese into a pastry bag with a plain tip and pipe the cream cheese on a long side of the salmon. Roll the salmon up and tie with a chive. Place the lettuce and asparagus on plates with the salmon rolls and garnish, as desired with herbs or flowers.
