- 3 packets Asparagus (about 175 g)
- 1 yellow paprika
- 125 grams Snow peas
- 1 each garlic clove and chili peppers
- 1 walnut-sized piece ginger
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps sweet and sour Asian sauce
- 150 milliliters vegetable stock
- 100 grams bean sprouts Asparagus

Preparation steps

Rinse vegetables and wipe dry. Cut bell pepper and snow peas into thin strips. Cut chile pepper into rings. Peel garlic and ginger and chop very finely.

Heat oil in a wok and fry bell pepper and snow peas, while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, ginger and chile pepper to pan and stir. Add asparagus and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Deglaze pan with sweet and sour sauce and vegetable stock, then stir in bean sprouts. To serve, arrange stir-fry on a plate and serve with hot basmati rice.
