- 2 cups Asparagus (spears)
- extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Cornmeal
- pizza dough mix
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated romano cheese
- ½ cup crumbled Goat cheese
- ¼ cup shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
Preparation steps

Preheat grill pan to high. Preheat oven to 450º F / 230º C with a pizza stone inside.

Place spears on a platter, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Grill spears until tender, turning periodically, about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Sprinkle the cornmeal onto a clean surface and stretch dough out to a thin rectangle and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and top with asparagus. Sprinkle the lemon zest and minced garlic and the rest of the cheeses and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a hot pizza stone in the oven, and bake until cheese is melted and crust is brown, about 15 minutes.
