- Asparagus (350 grams of green and white)
- Organic orange (Grated zest and juice)
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 1 tsp Basil pesto (from a jar)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 80 grams grated Gouda
- 6 Filo dough
- 50 grams melted butter
Preparation steps

Cut the lower third from the green asparagus and peel it. Peel and cut off the ends of the white asparagus. Cook in salted boiling water, then drain. Mix together the orange juice, zest, eggs, sour cream and pesto. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Butter a baking dish and line with dough, brushing each layer with melted butter. Arrange the asparagus on top and pour on the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) about 35 minutes.
