Asian Steak and Chilli Salad
Whisk together the groundnut oil, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the beef and allow to marinade for 15 minutes.
Remove the beef from the marinade, shaking off any excess and heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat until hot. Stir-fry the beef strips for 2-3 minutes until medium-rare.
Arrange the cabbage leaves on serving plates and top with strips of beef, sliced shallots and red chilli. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top and garnish with the mint leaves.
