Asian Chicken Salad
Place chicken breasts in the boiling broth, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Then remove, let cool and cut into strips.
Rinse the lettuce, trim and tear into small pieces.
Rinse sprouts and drain.
Mix soy sauce with vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Whisk in oil. Toss with lettuce and and sprouts stir in the chicken strips. Arrange on plates and serve garnished with basil.
